REFUNDS

We may refer or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party actions or disputes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

WORK PRODUCT
Upon full payment, deliverables may be transferred to you unless otherwise stated. Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Brit Shane Agency LLC. No guarantees are made regarding performance or results.

DISCLAIMERS
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brit Shane Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for Services.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brit Shane Agency LLC from claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in Phoenix, Arizona unless otherwise required by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
